  This hotel was a good place to stay if in Dunedin, as its close to the City Centre its easy to find as you just follow the City Centre signs. We had a huge modern TV and our bed was super comfo - Loved the free pool access, great for a family with a young child and brilliant location. Staff were very helpful and friendly, all staff including those cleaning greeted us as we passed which made my son feel very welcome.

Something a lot of hotel rooms don't have is decent light to read by, this room had good lighting over the couch area, and good bedside lamps. There were plenty of options for our evening meal, we chose to walk around the block to a local restaurant rather than dine in.   When we arrived at the hotel, a lovely man named John helped bring in all our luggage. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely amazing, spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy! When were checked out the next day, the lovely John retrieved our car for us and loaded our luggage in. The first room we were offered faced a wall but when we asked for a view room, we were quickly obliged. Location was great in terms of easy access to town centre. Good parking area.

  Staff were very accommodating. We missed our flight so couldn't make our first planned nights stay. Although they didn't have to they were able to waive the room fee for that night which took a lot of pressure off us and made the remaining nights stress free.
