  When we arrived at the hotel, a lovely man named John helped bring in all our luggage. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely amazing, spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy! When were checked out the next day, the lovely John retrieved our car for us and loaded our luggage in. This was by far the best hote... what people say » l we stayed in over our fortnight travelling around NZ. - Staff was very helpful and friendly; room was very comfortable, clean and quiet for the most part. The first room we were offered faced a wall but when we asked for a view room, we were quickly obliged. Location was great in terms of easy access to town centre. Good parking area.

  Central position, very easy to access everything Dunedin has to offer. Lovely big room and equipped with everything that a traveler needs. Beautiful bathroom and everything very clean. All the staff I met were most helpful Thank-you - Stayed 3 nights on a good deal over Easter. Large comfortable, clean room. Nicely decorated. Staff friendly & professional. Free internet in room. In house "Well Manor" restaurant meals excellent, steak cooked to perfection. Laundry area spotless. Centrally located to Octagon, supermarkets and local attractions. Parking available on site. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

  Was extremely clean, friendly staff, loved my room hostess. She left me fresh towels outside my door with a bug smiley face every morning. My parents stayed here hen they went to visit my sisters in Otago university. They liked the hotel and so I also stayed there. Definitely recommend it. Very comfortable and right in the city centre.   We were a group of friends stayed the night while attending a rugby test. We found the staff friendly & helpful. The units looked as thought they were recently refurbished. They were clean & tidy. The bathrooms were very small - but great water pressure! Not close to town but bus stop right outside. We had a bar meal for tea which was good... what people say » value for money. Over all great value for money. Will stay again - We were nice and warm and cosy, which the electric blankets were used as it was cold. We found we were central to everything, its in a good place. Everything was very good.
