Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are really clean and comfortable, we had a nice balcony with a pool view. (you might also get a room with almost no view at all!) The hotel is located at a very nice, long beach. We liked Rethymnon much more than Hania, it's definitely worth visiting! -
