  This is probably the most fabulous hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world The hotel is so interesting Each room is different The design is over the top The entire property is amazing Our room was an absolutely stunning suite The spa was intimate, serene and elegant The rooftop sun deck provides the visitor with the best view of the Cha... what people say » nia harbor The breakfast is served in a breathtaking atrium and is fantastic Presentation is visually arresting Everything is homemade and organic Abs - The staff were amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped create a very relaxed feeling in what is a pretty grand space. We were upgraded to one of the suites which left us feeling stunned - we had 2 floors of exquisite decor and facilities, and we just could not believe our good fortune. The suite also had it's own terrace with incredible views over Chania's Venetian port. The breakfast was superb - you certainly won't need lunch - the yoghurt, in particular, was the best I've ever

  Everything was provided in the room that's needed for a weeks holiday from toothbrush to shaving stuff shampoo dressing gown slippers ,couch tv wi fi .The room was cleaned everyday and had a flushing toilet which you sometimes don't get in the greek islands ,I cant fault the hotel for anything with its five swimming pools an ideal place to go to r... what people say » elax and being breakfast only a good selection of food , As a resort it is very close to the main town of plantanias which is a five minute walk with - staff-very friendly and helpful good location - helpful to travel around chania

  I really have to say that this is a very very nice and friendly hotel. Not only the value for money but also the location and Design of the hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with a good spa shop and friendly atmosphere. And there is George, the owner of the hotel bar. I have to say that this guy really made our holidays. He had the best tips and... what people say » suggestions in regard to restaurants, beaches and places to see. He made our holidays twice as good and was always able to help and to provide the be - Apartment is comfortable and large. All kitchenware there. Very pleasant to stay in patio with pool. Free welcome drink from the bar.

  The staff is very friendly and willing to provide the best answers to your questions. We arrived at a very late hour of August 15th (it was well after 1 a.m.) and we found two very kind and helpful people waiting for us. We obtained one extra bed for our 7 years old child at no additional price. The rooms were clean and spacious and there is evide... what people say » nt great care in the maintenance of all furniture, beds, and bathroom. There is a swimming pool and a small playground perfect for the children. Break - Nice and friendly staff, excellent service. Clean and modern fascilities, spacious rooms/apartments. Nice pool area.
