  We had 3 days available, to visit Meteora and the area around (Kastraki, Trikala, Plastira Lake etc.). Epavlis Suites Hotel was the best choice we made during our trip! It is so close to the Meteora Mountain-Rocks, that we could really just walk around them from it! The view is magnificent! You can feel the fresh air coming from the mountains, and... what people say » there are no busy streets around! The two owners of the Hotel, Spiros and Mary are incredible people! So kind and friendly, there were always ready t - We are a couple who was traveling with our adult daughter. This boutique hotel fit our needs perfectly with a room that provided a separate, private sleeping area in a loft for our daughter. It is in a great location and is very clean. We arrived in the darkness of evening, and were greeted by a stunning view from our balcony the next morning of St. Stephen's monastery on top of the hill directly above the hotel.
