  Very lovely and clean hotel and wonderful staff! We stayed there for 6 nights (June 2013) on our honeymoon in a beautuful double studio with an amazing seaview from a comfortable balcony.   My husband and I were totally impressed with the Agamemnon Hotel. It must be one of the BEST hotels in Nafplio for sure. The hotel is situated on the waterfront promenade, so no traffic noise at all!   The hotel was a little walk to the town centre which may not be to everyone's liking, however, we found it fine. Staff were very nice and there was a wedding in progress when we were there. There was an outside swimming pool which was none to clean but then again we were there out of season and many places were closing down. The pool is great for kids (and adults) but has no really shallow section for toddlers. Breakfast was ok. Rooms (we stayed in quadruple and triples) are big and airy and easily accomodate extra beds.

  What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had booked for 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we ended up staying 4 nights. The staff were all helpful and always had a smile. The breakfast was excellent but far too much for us to eat. The evening meal was always very good and varied. The wine went down very well too! It is only 5 minut... what people say » es drive from Ancient Olympia but much nicer to stay in and the pool was very welcoming after a hot day out. Our room was lovely and very spacious - The B&B is not in Olympia, but in a village nearby, so a car is needed to get there. It didn't matter to us because in Olympia there's nothing much to see or do, once you've visited the archeological site and museum of Old Olympia. The place was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

  We enjoyed our stay at Tyros as well as at the hotel. We had daily our breakfast at the veranda and we relaxed till late noon on the beach that was just in front of the hotel.
