Nafplion centre is a short drive or 15 min downhill walk. Karathona, a beautiful sandy beach is nea - A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Sofia made us feel very welcome and, as we didn't hire a car, kindly picked us up and took us back to the bus station. It is a fair walk down into the town but we enjoyed the views and the exercise was needed after all the delicious Greek food! We would happily return to Nafplio, it's a lovely old city with great cafes to watch the world go by.

  We booked an extra night because of the nice atmosphere at this place in the mountains, not far away from Sparta/Mistras. Hospitality and food very good!   The manager and her daughter are so customer-friendly - approachable and go out of their way to help you! The location is ideal - on the water with a private beach (no one used it while I was using it) and still had a pool. The room was great - overlooking the pool and out towards the sea. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were very clean... what people say » . I was greeted with freshly squeezed OJ and a piece of cake - greatly appreciated! - Everyone in the hotel were polite and always ready to help us. We felt as if we were staying in their home. Great hospitality! The quality of the breakfast and the food-snacks in general was beyond expectations. Everything was home made and prepared at the time of the order. In my opinion, this is how hotels should be managed. Well done ladies!

  The location of the hotel is charming in the middle of olive trees and is situated in a quiet spot. The buildings are rather new. Two excellent sandy beaches 100m and 700m away. Peroulia beach restaurant has the best cuisine(highly recommended)! They are big, we had a room with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen / dining rooms with 3 sofas which become quite big single beds. Extremely friendly and genuinly welcoming staff. Wonderful surroundings and perfect location for visiting Mystras and Sparta. Chromata, one of the best restaurants we have experienced in Greece is nearby.
