The owner and his mother were so helpful with anything we needed and fun too. The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. Meals were delicious and as far as we were concerned the best deal in town, quality and price wise.

  George and his staff is the best example for how all the boutique hotels should greet, host, entertain, and inform its guests. Also very professional from the very start...I was planning to send an email to the hotel one day before arrival to see if they can help with pickup from the port, but when i opend up my email, there was one email already... what people say » from the hotel asking me about my arrival time so they can arrange the pickup. Wow! All free of charge.. George is the local resident of the island ( - What didn't I like? The entire experience with Paradise View was excellent, from beginning to end. George (the manager) emailed us a day before to confirm our arrival time at the port, and then actually came in person to pick us up. He was so outgoing, super informative, and took the time to tell us all about the island on our drive to the hotel. The property itself was stunning and very clean.   Great location complete with great view.....great view! The staff washelpful and very nice! My room was very nice and just a short (very) walk toeverything in town.   Very nice comfortable hotel, close to Kalo Livadi beach, away from "madhouse" mykonos city and away from the crazy (hotel) prices. Designed with eye for detail.   We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys. Although the room was a little tight, we appreciated how comfortable and cosy it was. The amenities provided were a boon.... what people say » ..I particularly loved the quality bath and body supplies provided. Towels were nice and fluffy too! Breakfast was a good spread, complete with a beau - Mykonos city with a delightful location to stay. The hotel was perched beautifully above the majority of the other accommodation options - and as a result we had the perfect postcard outlook when on the balcony or looking out of our window - white and blue buildings and the rising / setting sun on the sea.   The hotel was very impressive. Reception staff & transfer driver were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was excellent and enjoyed by the whole family. The barman at the pool was very friendly and made terrific meals from local produce. The location of the hotel was perfect. There was a good variety of breakfast options and it was lovely to be havi - This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great place to stay. Also, having a large swimming pool was great for the kids. The location is a 10 minute bus ride from the main town, but very close to superb beaches. Good if you like to be away from the noise. Family rooms were large and clean. Breakfast buffet needs some work. Will definitely come back.

  Generally - very nice and friendly hotel!! It's a guest house style hotel so don't expect too much from this hotel but it's greek hotel style so you should know it and ready for it. Any way was pleased to stay in Despotiko! It's family hotel - thank's for Konstantinos and Maria (owners of the hotel) for all! Easy to find, close to the Mykonos town... what people say » (150 meters from bus station) and easy to connect to all beaches and airport, there is a public parking near by the hotel! The hotel price is worth! - The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was just a walking distance to everything. I just loved everything about despotiko and will 100% be going back and would recommend it to anyone.
