  We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. The rooms and bathroom were clean, modern and well insulated, with aircon and anything you need for a comfortable stay. ... what people say » There were no bowls to have our breakfast but we used the pasta dishes and that was fine. Our sheets and towels were cleaned and changed, the family w - We had the studio at 2nd floor, but there is an elevator avaible. You can take the elevator directly from the "0" floor where is a covered parking. The hotel is fabulous, with clean rooms, clean kitchinette and bathroom. There is enouth space in the room and more on the balcony where you can relax or eat. The building has exelleny finishes with great taste regarding the dcorations.   Owner/operator, who speaks English well, is priceless, and if I owned a hotel I would hire her immediately. The apartment was spotless and in new condition, being only 3-4 years old from when it was built. Free parking almost at the front door was a great benefit. After 2 weeks and 5 other hotels so far in Greece, Hotel Viana is # 1 and a great value. - A modern hotel, fine rooms, very well equipped. Strong wi-fi signal. Friendly staff, very nice landlady who speaks excellent english. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there's a supermarket nearby and a taverna with great greek food.

  The location of the hotel was excellent, since we could walk to the center of the town and it was only 100 meters far from the beach! I can describe it as a family hotel and the family-owners were very friendly and willing to help. They even gave us tips that helped us make the best out of our stay there!   The proprietress is a very kind woman who went out of her way to keep us happy. The home made baked goods at breakfast were wonderful and sitting in her courtyard was also very pleasant. It is located next door to the thermal spa and one block away from the free thermal springs flowing out into the sea.   We had a fantastic time in Evia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xenia Residence in Pili. The residence itself was perfectly clean, spacious and had wonderful views. The staff were friendly too. It is true that Pili is a little isolated but it is a short drive from there to other nearby places of interest so this makes it an ideal place to stay ... what people say » if you are looking for complete relaxation. If we are in the area again (which is probably as we live not so far away), we will definitely stop there! - we were 2 young couples with a baby. our room/flat was fully equipped and had 3 balconies with an excellent view of the sea. seeing the sunset from the room was amazing and relaxing. the stuff of the hotel were friendly and helpfull. loved it :)
