Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

We booked a double room only and not a self catering studio but the room itself was quite spacious and had a good amount of storage for luggage. The bathroom was large as was the balcony. our stay in kos was very good, diamond apartments was one good reason for that. the hotel is located in a peacfull quiet place, 15 minutes walk from the beach, close to bike/scooter rent, local food stores. beautifull pull and relaxing breeze while sitting on the balcony made our pleasent stay. the roud to the beach is full of restorants and small shops.the stuff was very profetional and friendly. everybody knows english very well, at the hotel and all over the island. i would highly recomend

I stayed in Alia during my visit in Rhodes this october, the room i had was spacious on the second floor soundproof with a sattelite tv. The a la carte brekfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared for me. All the areas were spotless and the bar staff was so friendly. The room was cleaned every day like i was staying in a 5 star hotel

Ange and Toula are the ultimate hosts and made our stay very, very enjoyable. The hotel has great facilities and people are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Many of the guests have been returning for years which is a testament to the hospitality and atmosphere that staff provide. I thoroughly recommend this affordable Greek hotel and will certainly return to stay here again when in Kos!
