Everything was perfect. We got bumped up to a suite with a privatepool at the top of the hotel. Amazing experience from the spa to theroom service. Excellent hotel staff. They even provided free room(small) for our last day so we could stay after the check out time.Defenitely a must. - The spa was fabulous and the staff bent over backwards to help

Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. This was my fourth visit to Mykonos, third in this hotel. I've stayed in all 3 hotel buildings. The restaurant Bonatsa hotel building has the most beautiful views of the bay. The main building is located right on the beach. Definitely will be back next year. -

The staff were really helpful, and right from the moment we booked the hotel they got in touch by email to find out when we were arriving, send pictures, and offer suggestions on how to get to the hotel.
The hotel was located right by the beach (you couldn't really get much closer!).
The hotel provided breakfast, and had a restaurant for dinners.

The staff are lovely and helpful. As an example; my arrival was delayed due to an Athens international flight controllers strike, so I could arrive until the next day. However the staff changed my reservation without charge. Unfortunately Blue Star Ferries took my money and were not understanding at all.
