The welcome, which couldn't have been warmer, plus fresh oranges and lokwatts from their trees, cake made by Katerina's mum, and a constantly re-filled bottle of raki. Splendid local walks, lovely beaches, very friendly people. Yiannis' retreat is an absolute gem, perfect in every respect, from the immaculately-kept gardens to the spotlessly clean rooms, to the individual terraces with hammocks and deck chairs, the views of the sea.......I could go on!

Great hotel apartments, very recently renovated, clean, comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own food in the room. The owners treated us like members of their own family, treating us sweets and letting us use the barbeque grill in the front yard. Very conveniently located just next to the highway close to both the beautiful beaches of Ag. Panteleimon and Voulisma. Thanks for the amazing hospitality and looking forward to seeing you again!

The staff was great, very friendly, they create an amazing atmosphere. It is really worth to take the time and go for a beer (or two) to the bar. It is budget friendly, and guests are more like a big family there.

We liked our stay at Aretousa a lot - Mirko and Dara, who were taking care of the guests, were great! The accomodation is all you need for a beach vacation - clean beds, balcony, kitchenette facilities..It is approx. 3-5 mins walk from the long sandy beach and the area is very quiet. It's a very nice place, with lots of flowers in the garden, clean
and comfortable rooms (I had a bed decorated with shells, cute). If you
need anything - iron, hair dryer, breakfast - just ask the owner, she is
very helpful. The Ammoudara beach is just a short walk away, with clean
water and sand. And the Agios Nikolaos city is 5 minutes by car.
It's a good base for exploring this part of the island.
