  We used the hotel on our last 3 days in chania as we just wanted to relax and not worry about anything, and it proved a right choice.after touring chania by car , the hotel provided everything that was needed to just stay in and enjoy the beach. Staff were - I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

  We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the bath... what people say » had jacuzzi in it also. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

  The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. I don't know how busy the hotel was but there were always loungers available. The access to sea swimming was the best thing for us. We ate all our meals in the hotel and they were great.   Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. - I liked the all inclusive and food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of pools to choose from and loads of water slides to slide on all day long!

  Elounda Mare is perfection. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. Our room had beautiful views and was very spacious and very clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. After travelling all day we arrived quite late so the complimentary glass of champagne was very much appreciated as was the fruit basket in our room.
