  Sabina was a treasure of knowledge and made us feel very welcome. Her English was good which was helpful. She went beyond the regular call of duty with her helpfulness - Great staff, very nice room, amazing view, things as you expect them from a high end hotel

  We have travelled extensively throughout the world, and have never encountered such friendly, helpful and unobtrusive staff. Everyone spoke (and understood) perfect English, and had plenty of suggestions for places to eat and visit. The apartments are not in one of the picture-postcard areas such as Oia or the cliffs of Fira, but then you don't ... what people say » have 150,000 tourists passing your front door and peering at you each day. The views are still magnificent, and short walk up the hill from Voreina br - My husband and I spent only 3 days in Spring Suite and it was like a beautiful dream. From the first email till the last good bye at the airport everything was perfect. The level of service is amazing and we’ve never felt more welcome or better looked after anywhere else. All of the staff is absolutely fantastic. Anything you need, they will make possible (help you to rent a car, give you information about what to visit, transfers wherever you need, suggest you the best places to eat, and many
