  A fabulous little family run hotel in the picturesque Perdika. Staff were so lovely, not much English and no foreign visitors ( which we loved ) a favorite with Athenians for a weekend.   A very unique, romantic hotel that you don't find every day. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was big and light and the decoration very artistic. There was also a small kitchen with a fridge where we could make our breakfast. Also, the room balcony and the roofgarden was a great place to have a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. ... what people say » The hotel is located in the middle of the village, close to the harbor and the taverns. The owner of the hotel she was very polite and helpful. We enj - We were very kindly attended, the room was clean and cosy, ideal for a couple. The roof garden has a gorgeous view, specially at night for the last relaxing time-watching the stars before bed. The location is good as it is 5min from the port (to go to the Moni island), and near from the good atmosphere of the bars and taverns of Perdika, obviously also close to the beach. There are several nice beaches around too that can be reached on foot or by boat.

  We stayed two weeks in August and everything was perfect. The apartments are spacious and furnished with everything you need. Change of bedlinen and towels every 3 days. Wifi, TV, air conditioning and electric oven are very useful. Stefanie is always very helpful and if you need anything she helps you immediately. The studio where we stayed had a spacious balcony with a very pleasant view of the landscape and the sea. The garden with palm trees is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Generous parking is a plus. Everything is clean and the kitchen furniture is brand new.
