The apartment has the perfect view to the sea from the balcony. You can enjoy the beach 100m away or use the pool with sea view (it was not crowded). Our stay at tropicana was extremely comfortable and relaxed. The staff was extremely friendly and although a pick up and drop to the jetty was not included, they were kind enough to do so since we had not arranged for transport when we got there. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with the sight seeing as well as other things we required. Mina is amazing! She was waiting for us at the airport, gave a lift to the hotel, welcomed us offering a drink while she was giving us map and information about the best places of the island. Our last night at Artemoulas at we have loved our stay! We are a family with 2 kids and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 level apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 balcony areas, views, 2 bathrooms and free pick up from the airport. Great rooms for families, split level, balconies with awesome views, tvs, 2 bathrooms, Airconditioning.

Later, since we were with our baby daughter in her push chair, he took us to the town and in the evening picked us up again and took us back to the studio. Marietta, the owner is just AMAZING. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. She picked us up from the port and drove us to the airport on departure. She spent time with us on arrival and gave us a full briefing of the area with her recommendations and even walked us into Mykonos town to help us get our bearings. The director manager Mr. Michalis was amazing. He took us from the airport and gave us tips about Mykonos. His taste in food was also nice where he recommended so many good places to dine.

The owners, Marina and Andreas, were always available for help when needed: when my rented car was unable to drive (because of me, since it seems that I forgot how to drive a car with manual transmission), Andreas was so shortly come to me and help me live the car on the road side. (Shortly Later on I found a car with an automatic transmission). This Help of Andreas was very impressive to me.
Later on at the check-in in the afternoon time, Marina saw that I feel urgent about to go to the beach.
