  We loved staying at Atrina Canava and it was the most beautiful place. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. It was a dream location. The view from the rooms were amazing like a postcard, picture and/or painting. We were so happy that we chose to stay at Atrina Canava. Like a modern cave.They do have air conditioning in the room as well but - The location in Oia was perfect - steps away from a supermarket, all the restaurants and shops. The staff were fabulous (especially Atrina, Gen, Costa & the lovely cleaners) they made our stay an absolute pleasure - always had a smile and willing to help in every way. We stayed in the Atrina Canava 1894 suite and the space, decor and special features were a delight. The pool was great - nice and deep with jacuzzi!   This place is what you've always imagined Santorini to be: whitewashed, comfortable, crystal blue pool, a view of the sea and the caldera. The manager, Margarita is amazing. She'll help you arrange quality outings, and recommend good restaurants. There are just a handful of suites, so it doesn't feel crowded. This place is a labor of love, built by the owner, and he is wonder - The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days and the location of Oia Suites means you can ride your bike right up to the hotel. For an amusing night out

Jacuzzi just infront of the room but we cant get the chance to use it due to cold weather. Highly recommend this hotel. The facilities of the room we booked is excellent, room is clean, comfortable and the view from balcony is astonishing! You don't even have to walk to the end of Oia but enjoy the sunset scenery on your own balcony. It's valuable of the price and wish we were able to stay longer.

  Nice apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff, the guests are treated like relatives. The breakfast is rather simple, but is served on the balcony with see view. Room was cleaned daily and very well. Oia is in walking distance. There is also a bus stop in the front of apartment and guests car parking place behind. So if can live without swimming pool and caldera view from your window, then Kiklami - Kiklamino was by far my favourite hotel I have stayed at in my 9 week trip. The family run hotel were all so delightful and extremely friendly. They have the best view of the most spectacular sunsets in the world. They even did my washing, ironed and folded all for only €3. It's only a short walk to the town of Oia and a bus stop right out the front of the hotel. Next door is a fantastic restaurant with again another spectacular veiw.   What was there not to like ? We had a stunning holiday in the most breathtaking location. Everything was fantastic from the classy accomodation and friendly staff to the marvellous view. Breakfast was brought to the terrace outside our room each morning and was an absolute highlight of our stay. Oia has plenty of shops (where we really appreciated... what people say » that the shopkeepers were never pushy) and great tavernas serving typically delicious Greek food at very reasonable prices (we liked Scala the best). - We stayed there for a week in September. We stayed in one of the beautiful Cave Suits. We found nice flowers waiting for us in the suite as it was our honeymoon trip! Seema, the host, was ever so helpful and made us feel at home. She had recommended us some of the best places to enjoy our evenings or dinners. And made reservations for us. Breakfast was nicely served to our balcony with a view. Rooms were very tastefully decorated.

  She speak and excellent french. Best breakfast we had in all the island by far, complete and diversify. We had a baby bed for our 11 month old child. Place really calm, with viwe and restaurant of good quality nearby, it's our "coup de coeeur" of the trip 5* it's a must - Love this family-run place especially the decorations. Anyway the bus stop is outside the village for easy access to oia or fira.

  The hosts are a couple very kind and helpful. They have a permanent smile in their face and they are always willing to help. You can also ask them to hire a car, buy a boat trip or whatever you need The breakfast is simple but complete. You will have coffee, orange juice, bread, ham and cheese, fruit and yoghurt. It has air conditioning (very important in Summer), a small fri - Antonio and his wife were great hosts, breakfast was fantastic every morning, they helped us with information, and not only gave us a great experience at the villa as a family, but allowed us to feel at home in oia with them. Definately would encourage others to go to the villa, not a negative I could pin point.
