This is the first time I am writing a review but Nikos and Vagelitsa were so welcoming and accommodating that I felt a need to share my wonderful experience. Excellent homely food, peace and tranquility, picturesque location were factors that made this trip memorable. I will be soon returning to Scala!

The location is perfect, just 200 m from a sandy beach in a very quiet place.The apartments are very nice, clean and comfortable. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts served on our balcony. We'll highly recommend this hotel to those who is looking for a warm family atmosphere. Should we ever visit Naxo

The people are lovely! Great hosts! The atmosphere is relaxed. Then it is very close to the beach which is marvelous. It is also close to several tavernas with good food and nice people. It is close to a small but very useful supermarket. And it is close to public transportation (bus) if you want to go to Chora (Naxos city). The rooms are carefully designed and clean. It is peaceful.

sandy, clean dream with clear deep blue water lapping onto the shore.
The hotel has its own sunbeds for guests to use which was most
appreciated. You need a taxi to get there but it is worth the 20 euros
as it is far away from the masses and incredibly peaceful for somewhere
so beautiful.

Adonis was brilliant - he picked us up from the port and returned us there, arranged immediate bike and car hire, brought us fresh bread in the morning and cake from his mother, plus homemade wine from his brother! Our room at zefyros was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great balcony where we ate a couple of nights. Plaka beach is gorgeous.

Zefyros Studios is a nice place to stay to visit the beatiful beaches of the west coast of Naxos (5 minutes by car/scooter): seaview room was perfect, with a nice balcony where we could enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Antonis and Marianna treated us as their friends: they offered us white wine, as well as fruit and sweets freshly prepared. They were helpful in any situation and they made our staying very comfortable.

Away from the tourist places you discover Naxos from the original and quiet side. The evenings on the terrace with their bougainvilleas you can relax the soul.
Take the advantage of the opportunity to rent a scooter or quad in the house because the public bus only runs 5 times a day. A small supermarket and 2 typical restaurants and the sea are 400m from the house.

We stayed at the Medusa Resort one week in September and we really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we got an room upgrade and had a nice room with a big balcony!
