Very attractive hotel/apartment block located midway between town and the beach, so quiet and yet convenient. Nice pool (though surprisingly cold after a long, hot summer) and outdoor breakfast/lunch area. Staff very friendly and helpful - they even upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool at no extra cost - because it was available!

Socrates is a lovely hotel. Very friendly owners, Eva and George.
Absolutely perfect pool area, with comfortable sunbeds and a wonderful
garden. We got clean towels every day and the room was perfectly
cleaned. It was about 200 m to the bus stop (32) to Hersonissos and to
the beach 200-250 M. The hotel is perfectly situated in the countryside
quiet yet central. I would definitely go back. And the transfer service

The manager Panos and his wife were very helpful.The facilities were very nice and comfortable. The bar and pool were relaxing. The hotel is close to the "Bar road", very close to the beach.
