Andreas was very good about emailing me back about various changes to our arrangements and ensuring needs met (adjacent rooms as family of 5 etc) and updating us frankly about the situation in Athens as we booked and were coming a fortnight after the rioting in December 2008

The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.

It is a small boutique hotel that is conveniently located between Syntagma and Monastiraki square. It is right along the same street where the airport shuttle drops you off (walk along the street away from the Parliament about 3 blocks). The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.
