The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)

Pool area was nice and the beach was just at 5 mins walking distance. Beach area was really good. Distance from Faliraki restaurants, bars and discos was good: not too close and not too far. First bars were only few hundres meters away and the centre was maybe 1km away.
Recommend for people travelling without kids, maybe. Very good budget choice!

This is a rare gem, an inexpensive hotel with a 5 star service.
The staff is excellent, always at hand and willing to go out of their way to help arrange car rentals etc.
The pool area is nice and clean, and never too crowded.
The location is great, a little away from the noise of town but only 5-7 min walk to the beach.

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

You don't really need a car because there is a little shuttle bus, but it's easier to get to your room, and also in general to explore Rhodes... The manager was very helpful. The room was big and had a nice design. The hotel is close to faliraki beach and night life, and it takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to the Rhodes town. The breakfast was really good. -

We stayed abt 2 weeks second half of may 2013 in Matina Hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful and always welcoming you with a smile. The cleaning was excellent, the towels were changed everyday. 12 points to the cleaning lady!
