  Location by the sea and cleanliness of the room, hotel and excellent buffet breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly. Will definitely book again next year with this hotel. Loved the location right on the sea. Also enjoyed my trip on the local bus from the airport and back the next day.   Very close to rafina port, which is especially convenient if you are taking a ferry from here. Pool overlooking the water is nice. Sizeable room with large bathroom. The owner and his wife could not have been more hospitable. When our travel plans went awry, they even helped us search for new flights and new means of transportation. We are forever... what people say » grateful for their kindness and highly recommend staying here. - We stayed in Cabo Verde in Sept. 2013 in transit between a boat in Rafina and our flight the next day. We especially appreciated the great kindness of the staff : advise on the area and helpful for the camera we forgot. Breakfast is served from 7.30 but we could have some of it earlier. The room was not so large but well equiped : TV, Balcony, Air Con'd, Mosquito repellent and a comfortable bathroom.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had trouble using their wifi they let me use their own computers to check their E-mail. They were also very efficient with all their paperwork. There is a great place called NAXOS on the seafront wh - The warm welcome by staff was appreciated as we arrived very early morning at around 4.00am. Breakfast each morning was good and pool was great. Location was excellent with lots of nice eateries along the foreshore. Excellent value for money. Late check-out no problem at all at no extra cost. Highly recommended for a family wanting a quiet location.
