Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. The first hotel in Europe that had true air conditioned rooms. thank you for that - Quiet room that accommodated all four of us on one room (reason we chose the hotel), renovated bathroom with nice tub, fantastic assistance from the front desk staff, who informed us of strikes/slow downs at the airport and arranged alternate transportation for us.
