Perfect location, good sized room, well organised, friendly; helpful staff. central location and value for money.Excellent location in the middle of Montmartre! We used the metro to get downtown, it was cheap and easy. We did not order breakfast at the hotel, but there were many nice cafes nearby the hotel, so that was no problem. The rom was very nice, small, but clean. And the staff was very nice and helpful and most of them speak good english.

Breakfast could have more variety; quite limited. no lift-but I knew that when I booked it. Lift is missing. was in a non smoking room but each morning of my stay had smell of someone smoking driftng into my room early, not sure where it was coming from!. The room doors (fire retarding doors with a strong spring). Difficult to close silently and one door slamming shut can be heard all through the hotel. I suppose they are there for your own safety (and possibly even compulsory) and if ever a fire broke out, you'd be migthy pleased they were there, but they are noisy... No, it's fine. Rooms are small (and so are some of the beds) but it's good value for money.The room was very small but ok. Lack of ventilation in the room. The breakfast could be more complete to justify the cost of 8 Euros.The hotel doesn't have elevator and the stairway is of difficult circulation. One of the employees tried to convince me to go to the Orly airport using a transfer car alleging that was much cheaper than the train going. However the cost of the transfer was 70 Euros for 4 person and the real cost of train was 37 Euros.there was no air conditioning. Room was a bit shabby, but overall good value for money. Though visa card number was given before arrivel the hotel did not takevisa when we had to pay - costing us big trouble and some expenses too!!. did not like blankets (instead of duvets) on beds, hardness of mattress. they didn't wake up in the departure day. The staff spoke some english and while lovely had no training at all in basic check-out procedures etc. Our checkout took 30 mins just to put the credit card through.staff weren't always very knowledgeable. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and was given a room on the 5th floor, I was dissapointed there was no lift.One of the clerks tryed to force us a van transportation to the Orly airport lying about the price of the train ticket. It's only 8,76 Euros/person and takes about 40 min, while the cheapest transportation is 34 Euros/person. The doesn't have elevator so don't go there with heavy luggage. The shower box is very narrow. If you is out of weight you're gonna be in trouble. Very thin walls, heavy doors that made a lot of noice when closing, extremely small bathroom and shower, poor view. the hotel tried to charge us for tax which was supposed to have been included in the price. Dirty room, no elevator ( a stayed at the 5ft floor!!).We get twinroom instead doubleroom. One bed was broken. At the end they wanted overcharge me for about 150€.
