  Everything, it's wonderful, the sea view, the big rooms, the best hotel in town, not by location but by everything else. THE place to stay if you've got a car in dubrovnik. (If you dont it's not so far though) - Stayed at the Uvala, not the Splendid: the room was large and very nice. We also used the indoor swimming pool.

  Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! The shops and the bus station is very near, and the beach is lov... what people say » ely. A great location if you want to stay out of the old town which gets very crowded! But still, it is only a ten minute bus drive to it if you want - Kate and her Mama were excellent hosts with great tips on where to eat. It is the first apartment that we have stayed in that has complete instructions and directions. The apartment is spacious for a couple with a pharmacy immediately below. Close to bus stops (100 yards) and a 10 minute trip to the old city. Taxi rank just past the bus stops. Supermarket approx 300 yards away.   The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets. The owner is helpful and very friendly. The host offered us in many days fresh fruits or cakes and juice as a sign of hospital... what people say » ity. The apartment is not in the old town but the station “Lapad Post Office” of bus 6 (to Pile Gate) is not very far (about 10 min of walking downhil - We enjoyed our studio. It had everything we need, it was clean, looking very nice, I think it would be great for a family with kids. The host was great, they welcome us even if we arrived at midnight because of some problems we had at the border. The place it's really 200m up the Lapad Beach and you have a nice view.

  We stayed at the apartment for a week in October. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is 10 mins from the beach and bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the bus stop that will take you on the 10 min journey to the old town. There is also and mini supermarket under the apartments. The location is 250 m to the copacabana beach, 2 min walk away from bus stop to the old town, and 5 min. walk from the street with a lot of bars and restaurants.

  While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

  An excellent apartment with a luxurious view. The staff are extremely helpful with anything (be it travel to/from airport or arranging trips to different kind of destinations) you might need. The location is in the middle of Lapad meaning there's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.   Loved Apartments Sirena. We had a sea view balcony and the view is amazing with a vista onto the sea and all the cruise liners rolling in and out of Dubrovnik. Clean, comfortable rooms, great location with shops and restaurants a five minute walk away and a great,laid back atmosphere. The sea views over the Port are fabulous and many hours can be spent watching boats go by. The apartment in the Lapad area is close to 2 good swimming beaches, easy bus transport to the old city and good restaurants. Dragica is a wonderful host with excellent ideas of what to do along with extra treats and helpful advice. I would recommend a stay here while in Debrovnik.

  The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town). The view of the old town and sea from our room was amazing. There is a small beach very close by and Fort Lovrijenac is just up a few stairs from the apartment.
