In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff

Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. They looked up ferry and bus times for us, bought our tickets, advised us... what people say » about unusual shopping needs--anything we needed help with, they were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

This accommodation is first class, with a great deal of thought gone
into even the smallest of details. Well designed and decorated,
spotlessly clean everywhere. We had a huge, comfortable bed, with
extremely quiet air conditioning that kept the room at the perfect
temperature and we could hear no outside noise despite the Judita Palace
being in the busiest square in the old town. However, despite all this
quality, it is the staff that makes staying here truly outstanding. We

Buzolic was absolutely fantastic! This is a real family run place and

We were greeted at the bus station by owners who gave us a lift to the
