Modern, comfortable, free internet, localization - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with enquiries about places to visit and restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much trouble for them and this is one of the best value hotels that I have stayed in.

Everything. I went with my family, none of whom had ever stayed in a hostel. We were able to reserve a room for five people, so it worked out perfectly. The room was large and clean and warm and comfortable. The breakfast was also a big plus. I was very pleased. - Friendly, convenient, value for money

One of the main advantages is that Sofia Inn is located in the center of Sofia city most of the things are within walking distance (taxi is also cheap). What was very imp -
The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.
