Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. And really what makes this hotel even better is the perfect location...just 5 minutes from the main pedestrian street and 10 minutes to the main tourist area. If you are traveling .
all reviews » The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding... The hotel offers a great location, right next to shopping street and close to all main tourist attractions in the city. However the staff is the real asset of the hotel. They were friendly, professional and helpful. For me that's one of the main reasons to choose it for my next stay in Sofia. Very close to famous vitosha boulevard and close to metro station. In my opinion you dont need to use any public transport in Sofia, you can walk anywhere and the hotel is in its best location for that. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast rulez. It is one of the best hotels in the Balkan countries. The hotel is so strategically located in the heart of shopping area. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and the food selection are five-star standard. The room size is great feels just like home, they also flattered us with a bottle of wine after check in despite the fact that we are only going to stay one night. Breakfast was until 10:30, we went in the restaurant at 10:32 and they told us we will not be served. This does not happen in other hotels. One very minor gripe. Would have liked bigger cups in room. Reception: staff was a little slow during check-in and check-out (but this was just a minor setback). Nothing. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything. Bad smell in the room 402 when entering, did not experience this in other rooms... Cant think of anything I did not like. Spa is under construction. The matress was very hard, I couldn't sleep so nice. Sausages at the breakfast were very bad as a taste; The hotel doesn't seem to have a proper restaurant. The safe in the room was not working well...problem!. The food ordered at room service was fair, and they did not bring to my room what I exactly ordered. not enought space in the lobby , you cannot really have a business meeting . the blankets are too small . Nothing.
