The personnel was very helpful, kind and flexible with all our requests. The dara apartment that we were accommodated into was on a great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable and with some lovely designs and details. It was fully equipped, in terms of kitchen appliances, coffee machine, washing machine, dish-washer, iron with ironing board, vacuum, blow-drier, etc. There was a parking area nearby for only 5 eur per 24 hours (recommended by the personnel with 3 other parking areas). all reviews » Everything! The location, the place, the staff, this is by far the best possible deal in Sofia! Hotel is 10 meters from the main street in the city and nearby all clubs, bars, restaurants. the interior is brand new, with good beds, a high quality living room (incl. large TV), full kitchen with oven, large fridge, freezer, waterboiler, microwave, coffee machine etc.) in a secure and quite neighbourhood. There are excellent restaurants within 20 seconds walking distance!. The apartment is very well located, exactly downtown. The excellent Red House restaurant is right next to it. The apartment is very well equiped, fully furnished, there's internet, there are even very good sharp knives in the kitchen, a vacum cleaner or a hair drier. There are two bathrooms, which is very good especially for large groups. It is well worth the money. I loved everything about this apartment. It was conveniently located, safe, clean, had the conveniences of a hotel room but with a lot more space. My apartment had an AC in the living room and one in the bedroom. Also TVs with English speaking channels. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very functional! It was a pleasure to stay in. Comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, big comfy bed, and even a nice balcony that led to a backyard area. The second apartment was very good indeed whereas the first was deficient in a number of respects which is why our appraisal overall is only average. Your staff, however were throughout very helpfully. The location was excellent for central Sofia. nothing. this place is perfect. The only problematic aspect inside the apartment are the doors. They make a really scratchy sound and the glass window does not help. Every door in the apartment can be heard, especially at night. They should at least be oiled, if not replaced altogether. But I would still book the apartment next time, there are surely more pluses to it. The only feedback I would say is that there are limited electrical outlets so my power strip came in very handy. I didn't see an outlet at all in the bathroom. Only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper and sugar, but the staff was very responsive and supplied extras once asked. No compaints! :). IMO not as good as other reviews would have you believe (apartment Dara). Bed was way uncomfortable, a general lack of details that make you feel this is more then an oversized hotel room. Like chefs/bread -knifes, through pillows, interior decorations and so on. Everything was great. Be careful though, a late check-in is 10€ extra (after 19h). It's a little tricky to open the front door the first time. When you managed once its easy the next time. A cables to plug in my phone to the sound system would have been nice. Everything was as expected for a 3 star apartment. Crooked taxi drivers and indifferent reception at the hotel entrance to the apartment. parking in central Sofia is difficult, the hotel has an underground parking, through an elevator, make sure you have a small car and you have very good parking skills. the lady that picked us up from the airport and handed over the keys didn't speak english. so we had to talk to the owner by phone. that was ok... although it was against the policy I was hoping to get one day refunded because my airline rebooked me one day earlier... but my email was not answered until the day before arrival. and as expected I didn't get a refund. Elevator broke (it's doors did not open in our flour). The first apartment was rather dated & underequipped (no sink plugs, poor T V , Fridge motor running almost constantly, coffee machine siphoned out ) so things could be easily improved there. The facilities are a bit dated, and to give it that modern feel it needs a make over. You can hear the people in the apartment above walking.

Please note that the apartments are situated in different locations in the Sofia centre close to Vitosha Boulevard. Check-in is done at the office of Vitosha Apartments on 9 Bistritsa street (the street is perpendicular of boulevard Hristo Botev), where you will be accompanied to your apartment. All apartments are located at 1 up to 6 minutes' walking distance from the office. Please note that the office is not opened during weekends and public holidays. Please contact the property after booking for check-in arrangements. Please note that for reservations of 6 nights or more, there is 1 free housekeeping. Additional cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is possible upon request and at a surcharge. Please inform Vitosha Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
