shortly, hotel staff was very friendly especially reception desk and cleaning lady. it was very clean, towels changed every day, bed-clothes every two days. breakfast was ok. since it was very cold in Sofia, the heating was excellent. hotel has very good location, in the city center. there was a free internet access. next time, I would like again to stay in this hotel - Jurica

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian. - Linda

The food in the restuarant was excellant and so was the service and prices, it seem a very busy place with the customers as well as local people eating there. It is also one of only a few that supplies a kettle and tea and coffee,will be useing this hotel again every time i stop in Sofia. - Bryan
