The hotel was close to the city center where they had nice restaurants and the hotel itself had a good restaurant. Although I should add that Bulgarian cuisine is not my favorite, I stuck to the basic stuff and no meaty dishes (they do incline not to cook the meat well done e.g. i like my chicken well cooked and not raw). Upon arrival we found the hotel staff to be very pleasent and helpful which was great! We were led up to our room which was very spacious but quite basic.
