Hotel was very central to St,Stephens Platz or Cathederal. Clean,great food and service,highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. I did not have to wait for either checkijng in or checking out, my room was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I did not breakfast at the hotel as I think 25 euros is far too expensive.

Every member of the staff was friendly and helpfull. Location was good and it was also nice to be able to use the sauna after walking around museums all day.

Excelent service and personal

Smoking in the lobby bar and other public rooms. Also, when we left from the hotel, we took taxi from hotel. We were told by hotel's doorman, that taxi will cost 30 euros to the Airport. We got idea, that hotel had some kind of deal with taxis. But however our taxi costed 40 euros.

The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. The location is fab walking distance of everywhere. Breakfastswere lovely a really good selection of food

There was not a lot of choice on the Restaurant menu for what youwere paying but there were some lovely restaurants nearby so it didnot matter

The Vendome Spa is exquisit, nice welcoming staff, excellent packages

we were given an upgrade and that was very special..and everything was perfect.

I was a bit concerned that in this day of necessary higher security, the side door of the hotel..the one that lead directly to the Spa..was totally unsupervised ...possibly there were unseen cameras located in the lobby but it did feel that anyone could have come into the hotel completely unchallenged. Certainly we used it a number of times and no one at any time checked our credentials.
