Good, spacious apartment in a very central location close to the main pedestrian area. Very quiet. Convenient for sights, museums, restaurants, cafes and shopping. We had Apartment 603 (Deluxe Studio) which is on an upper floor and so gets lots of light. There are two supermarkets nearby with everything you need, but they'll be closed if you arrive after 2000 (earlier closing on Saturday) or on Sunday. The staff were very helpful and offered a late check-out to suit our flight. Wi-fi is on.
all reviews » The location is excellent; just a few blocks from St. Stephens and the same from the Danube and Ringstrasse in three directions. The studio was large and one whole wall has windows that open. A good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. The room was simply but nicely appointed and the small galley kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Plus there was excellent air conditioning which came in handy on the third day when the temperatures soared to 90 degrees f and the humidity as well. The grocery st. It is an apartment. There is a Quick, large lift. It has a functional design, large clean room with comfortable bed, in room safe, hair dryer, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery knives, pots and pans, dish washer, large walk in closet. Large bathroom with full tub and shower. Air conditioning, large windows with electric shutters. Location is fantastic a few blocks from St Stephens Square and Ringstrasse. Supermarket across the street and many wine shops. The staff made our check-in easy even though we arrived outside their reception hours. For a reasonable fee, they had a taxi waiting for us at the airport with the room keys and a nice letter introducing us to the hotel. When we arrived to our room, everything was in order and very clean. It was a beautiful apartment and we liked how comfortable the bed was, too. This apartment was close to everything we needed: a grocery store across the street, restaurants nearby, subway very close, shopping . The apartments are spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable but what beats all is the location! A supermarket in front, café on the right, a restaurant a little further and a great ribs place around the block and of course 5 minutes walk to everywhere - could not ask for a better vacation. Add to that the lovely team and the Airport shuttle they arranged for us and you'll realize why we shall recommend the place and will surely return when in Vienna. Staff was friendly & helpful, & the location was great - a very short walk from Mozarthaus, the Stephansdom cathedral & into the Stephanplatz, where restaurants/ shops/ trains are available. I didn't like the fact that we had to buy dishwashing detergent and paper towels. Those should be standard. I also bought toilet paper since that provided was very rough, like crepe paper. None of these things would prevent me from staying again. Did not have a kettle. Nothing except for lack of wi-fi in our room. We had fast, wired internet for free, but would have liked wireless for other gadgets. However, the management said they are working on adding this to the apartments. They did have wi-fi in the lobby downstairs, though, so that was helpful. Or you can do as we did, and go to a local coffee shop with free wi-fi. The only minus of an apartment building is not having a 24/7 reception. But since everything is set in advance so good - we never had the need for that!!!. The decor is a bit dated, but still comfortable & clean. The ad sounded like it was a one bedroom apartment but it was a one room studio. Very spacious though, so no problem. incredibly rough toilet tissue!!!. Nothing. There was nothing we didn't like about these apartments. A couple of things: it would be nice to have a small gym there. I stayed there for 10 days and gym is very important to me. Another thing is the kitchen. There is not enough of appliances and it would be nice to have some soap for the dish washer. And the last thing: please put a full size mirror. I stayed there for business and must see what i look like before going to work and the only small mirror is only in the bathroom. Having to leave! A little noise from the street when the night life are walking home but double glazing minimises this. No Wifi in the apartment unless you use a lan cable which was not suitable for my phone. Would have liked larger cups. No kettle, as often in Europe, we improvised by heating a jug of water in the coffee maker and that was fine, thought wouldn't suit tea-purists. We never saw a cleaning lady to actually clean the room or change sheets/towels. Television is old style and at least 20 yrs old. Poor wifi service in lobby and slow cable connection in Apt. But more important, a handhold is really needed in bathroom to hold on getting in and out of tub. Very unsafe. The wi fi only work in the ground floor not in the room , plus the tv is so old and small should be change. My apartment was showing its age a little but everything worked. Only complaints, very rough toilet tissue, no kleenex in apartment, these are minor. There is no wiifi internet in the room. It could be good to have a teapot. -furniture is a bit shabby - the internet in the room isn't free as it's advertised - one has to pay EUR11\day or use free wi-fi in the lobby (quite a bad connection). Needs better mattress and pillows. Didn't have time to not like anything as we had to return home early. No wifi in apartment. Nothing in particular. No wifi in the room!. I didn't like the fact that there was no wi fi connection in the rooms and that you had to sit in a lobby surrounded by smokers to access wi fi. The room was not cleaned during our stay and there was no one available at reception on the Sunday when we left so we were unable to leave our bags at the hotel after the check out time.
