So gentle and kind stuff it's not easy to find. Hary the owner is the best man to manage a hotel. Vienna without Hary may didn't look so perfect. The hotel stuff is wonderful. The owner and his family are very kind, helpful and always ready to answer to all questions you have. They have very nice sense of humour which helps to feel like you are at home. The hotel is very close to the city center. The rooms are small but absolutely enough for a stay. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is very nice.
all reviews » It was basic, clean, comfortable accommodations for a good value -- The manager/owner and other people at front desk were very helpful (eg, calling cab for airport, directing me how to take the bus, then subway to the main center - much better route then I would've done!). nice place to sleep during vacation in Vienna. The hotel is near to a tram stop, it is very clean and silent in thenight. From the hotel it is easy to reach underground and the centre ofthe city. I am very tall (2 m) and the beds are longer than me, I don'tknow if in Wien is the standard but it is the first time that I find abed who contains me. We are very satisfied, if we will return in Wien wewill stay at this hotel again. Location, easy to find, good value, great staff. Exellent location! My reservation said check-in before 9PM, but did not say that there was no one there past then. I came at 10.30PM, the door was closed, and I had to move to another hotel for the first night .Hostel would be more appropiate to call it. It smells from the air-freshener, and I'm allergic to it. The hotel room and the bed was very small , and it wasn't also sufficiently clean. The breakfast was so poor which made me disappointed as i was expecting a buffet breakfast.
