The receptionist was soooo professional and helpful, easy check in, upto the point information about the hotel and the city to find my way around. The hotel has a great location and excellent value for money. Best location, near the centre, beautuful district (Rathaus etc.), very friendly and helpful personal!!. very charming personle. a really nice and cheap hotel in the very center of Vienna.
all reviews » There was no trafic noise and everything was calm. Staff and location. Hotel staff was very kindly and due to the our accident we could stay on the room till the evening when we were leaving, we hadn´t must to check out in the morning. very central, in a safe area - good walking distance to the centre of vienna. Breakfast was functional but good.very good location. very nice building,friendly staff,clean place,quiet and decent breakfast.i have already recommended that hotel to a friend. Very quiet, one of the few places where I could sleep without earplugs.Close to U-Bahn, internet access, breakfast buffet with tray. Price was high for small room. the pension is on the second floor of a block of apartments - we did not know this. The entrance to the block needs to be given a bit of a little more light since our first impression was that it was too dark. However, after we got used to the place, it was not a problem at all.tv not very convenient for viewing. Hotel staff smoke at reception, which is not nice.receptionist forget to give me a bill, however I was in hurry now I don`t have bill. If You`ll be so nice please sand me copy on my mail. Unfortunately we were there during Euro 2008. Not the hotel's fault, but very disturbed night thanks to unruly, drunken guests. Mangement was friendly and upset about the commotion, which went on most of the night.The lack of air conditioning. Greedy management, high price for little offered, no re-investment in room amenities (see toilet seats); ridiculous WiFi charge of Eu$7 per day, when Vienna offers free net connections in many cafes. Generally unfriendly concierges, room and sercice staff very friendly.though!. stopped heating most of the time. there were no minimum required stuffs like shampoo, enough soaps, towels. very small room and bathroom. Rooms were dirty and smelly. The decore of the rooms was very old fashioned. When I explaines that the room was not up to standard the staff were very cold towards me.
