Well connected. Good Location. Hotel contacted us by email before arrival and confirmed. And the room was available early morning at 8am - which is a first!. The hotel is very well located and staff is helpful and polite. The room is very good and we felt very well welcomed. Breakfast is also very good.The staff of the hotel was exellent! near center and the tram was outside our door. staff was excellent, very helpful about the city. Clean compact room with a decent TV.The only unpleasant thing was the luck of elevator - for people travelling with some suitcases not a nice surprise. On the otherhand - clean and nice furnished room with tech-looking bath and wc. Friendly and very welcome stuff. The room was clean and the hotel is placed near public transport. In just a few minutes you are in the centre of Vienna!. Nice room; the staff were friendly (though some of them have some problems with the English language). The large, light room. The breakfast service.may be some more variety in breakfast. the lack of lift. towels be changed everyday will be better. other than that everything was just fine (breakfast good enough for the price). The stairs of the palace, the lack of elevator. Although we sent an email 3 months (!) before our arrival to let them know we would arrive late in the evening, and though we got an email in response saying "no problem, we will arrange for late check in", when we got there, at 11 pm, we rang the doorbell for minutes but nobody answered. We had to phone and they gave us the instructions to get in. Furthermore, the lift was out of order. The worn-down entrance from the street.
