Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

large room is comfortable, 2 chair, 2 table and1 sofa is perfect, clean, silent, in the middle of the center, its close to shuttle from airport and its very close to underground, breakfeast is very nice and the same place going to be changed a famous restaurant at dinner time, you can see pictures in the enterance. there is a Turkish man works many years at the hotel, in the loby you can use free internet and print, reception staff is very friendly, I feel nice at this hotel. Excellent location, just 3' walk to Stephensplatz.
We stayed in a Junior Suite. It had a quite big living area, with a sofa bed that accommodated very well two big children (ages 11 and 13). Plenty of space in this area even with the sofa bed opened. The separate room was also quite big.

Great location. Just a five minute walk from the Stephensplatz. Attentive staff. Beautiful, classic interior of hotel. First class breakfast, opening at 6.30 AM. Scrambled eggs, deli meats, yogurt, granola, fruits, breads, dessert cakes, fruit juices, coffee available daily. Easy to operate TV and security safe in the room. Computer available on ground floor for people like me who didn't have a lap top.

there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

Everything was excellent. If you want to have both museums and good shopping nearby hotel Beethoven is proper choice. The Museum of Art History is of the world importance, Hofburg, Stephandom and Museum Quarter- 10 min., Karskirhe (concerts, in august the theaters on holidays), Secession, Akademy of fine Arts Gallery - 3 min. Theater an der Wiene and Opera are quite near. The Hotel offers excellent breakfasts, koffee and tea in the room (our was 503) - free, concerts on Sundays with shampaigne
