there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

We stayed in a Junior Suite. It had a quite big living area, with a sofa bed that accommodated very well two big children (ages 11 and 13). Plenty of space in this area even with the sofa bed opened. The separate room was also quite big.

Great location. Just a five minute walk from the Stephensplatz. Attentive staff. Beautiful, classic interior of hotel. First class breakfast, opening at 6.30 AM. Scrambled eggs, deli meats, yogurt, granola, fruits, breads, dessert cakes, fruit juices, coffee available daily. Easy to operate TV and security safe in the room. Computer available on ground floor for people like me who didn't have a lap top.

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. Everything was excellent. If you want to have both museums and good shopping nearby hotel Beethoven is proper choice. The Museum of Art History is of the world importance, Hofburg, Stephandom and Museum Quarter- 10 min., Karskirhe (concerts, in august the theaters on holidays), Secession, Akademy of fine Arts Gallery - 3 min. Theater an der Wiene and Opera are quite near. The Hotel offers excellent breakfasts, koffee and tea in the room (our was 503) - free, concerts on Sundays with shampaigne
