  I booked this B&B for my young daughter to stay on her own as she recently started a job in the area and had not yet sorted permanent accomodation - the owners could not have been more welcoming and reassurung of the fact that my daughter would be very comfortable and secure with them. As she had a very early start they offered to cook her a ... vad folk säger » breakfast outwith their scheduled times and next day looked after her things till she finished work. Would highly recommend this B& B - facilities - i arrived earlier than expected check in time and yet they gave me a very warm welcome. they looked after me as if i was part of their family during breakfast with all the guidance and warm talk, and wiwaited for me to arrive safe at nught. I literally felt as if i am visiting family. the place was clean and everything was on time. very comfy place and close enough gocity centre located in a beautiful area it was an unforgettable getaway experience for me wifi was available and excellent stren

  We were made to feel very welcomed and found the hotel to be comfortable and relaxing - we enjoyed our stay very much. The food was also excellent - we had dinner -and the breakfast was also very good - Everything. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was excellent. No request was too much for for them.

  The staff were excellent and the leisure complex was better than we expected. A special mention for Mark the Assistant Manager who went out of his way to make, not just us but eveyone he saw welcome. - We loved our stay. We had read the previous reviews but we had no bad experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Nice and friendly staff who provided us with all the most important information about the city, eating places, sights... we were even given a map indicating all the places worth visiting and the description of some restaurants. Their motto says something like 'You arrive as a guest and you leave as a fr - A four night stay confirmed that this is a total gem and not to be overlooked. It is decorated tastefully throughout. The dining room was comfortable and breakfast offered a variety of tasty food to please (I had something different each day and my taste buds were well rewarded). I had the Small Room which lived up to its description but it offered facilities and comfort to a very satisfactory degree. The proprietor and staff were engaging and made my brief sojourn a pleasure.

  The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and clean. We were at the back of the house and it was very quiet.

  The house was ideal and well situated on one of the main routes into Perth. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also good.   This imposing stone built hotel is situated in superb countryside surrounded by two golf courses. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet over - All of the staff were very welcoming, helpful and obliging and appeared well trained. Both golf courses are excellent with spectacular views at every turn and were in good condition. We had a very enjoyable stay.

  The hotel is very well situated for getting to the shops. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room we had was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a view of the river. The evening meal was lovely and the breakfast was beautiful. The dining/breakfast room has a view looking out to the river.   This is the best "B&B" we have ever stayed at. Situated in the middle of Perth on the edge of the park, this typical Scottish town- house was a perfect place to stay for two nights.
