  I booked this B&B for my young daughter to stay on her own as she recently started a job in the area and had not yet sorted permanent accomodation - the owners could not have been more welcoming and reassurung of the fact that my daughter would be very comfortable and secure with them. Would highly recommend this B& B - facilities - i arrived earlier than expected check in time and yet they gave me a very warm welcome. they looked after me as if i was part of their family during breakfast with all the guidance and warm talk, and wiwaited for me to arrive safe at nught. I literally felt as if i am visiting family. the place was clean and everything was on time. very comfy place and close enough gocity centre located in a beautiful area it was an unforgettable getaway experience for me wifi was available and excellent stren

  .Excellent place with very warm welcome. Nice and friendly staff who provided us with all the most important information about the city, eating places, sights... we were even given a map indicating all the places worth visiting and the description of some restaurants. Their motto says something like 'You arrive as a guest and you leave as a fr - A four night stay confirmed that this is a total gem and not to be overlooked. It is decorated tastefully throughout. The dining room was comfortable and breakfast offered a variety of tasty food to please (I had something different each day and my taste buds were well rewarded). I had the Small Room which lived up to its description but it offered facilities and comfort to a very satisfactory degree. The proprietor and staff were engaging and made my brief sojourn a pleasure.

  The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and clean. We were at the back of the house and it was very quiet.

  The house was ideal and well situated on one of the main routes into Perth. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also good.   The hotel is very well situated for getting to the shops. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room we had was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a view of the river. The evening meal was lovely and the breakfast was beautiful. The dining/breakfast room has a view looking out to the river. It is such a charming hotel- you can picture Queen Victoria strolling through it's halls. The bar/lounge area was super comfortable and had some great Scottish beers on tap. The cooked and cold breakfast selection was great and very tasty. The room breakfast is served in is delightful and welcoming with great views of the river. It's in walking distance to everything!

  Excellent staff, available for very late check in time. Room very spacious and clean. Continental breakfast just right for us in a good time frame. Especially like the fact that we can take our pets in at no additional cost unlike certain other " low cost" chains.   We found all the staff very friendly. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortabe.We had a beautiful breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. - Nice clean hotel, wish we had stayed for food in the restaurant as the food looked excellent. Great fresh breakfast

  I am a frequent visitor to the area on business and have particular needs. The owners are very personable and make every effort to meet your needs and make your stay as comfortable as humanly possible.   Stayed for 1 night enroute to the GWCT Game Fair at Scone Palace. From the outside the B & B doesn't look very imposing but it is lovely once inside. Jackie could not have been more welcoming. Stayed in Room 4 which is one of 2 rooms at the top of the stairs. Breakfast was spot on. Plenty of nearby places to eat. We - Enjoyed our one night stay. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, catering to all dietary requirements. Jackie was very nice and really helpful.
