  At £65 for bandb for two this was great value. The place was spotlessly clean, the staff very helpful and the room had all the facilities we could want. The selection at breakfast was both appealing and varied. - Spotlessly clean and comfortable. En-suite and tea/coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful but entirely respectful of privacy.

  I would recommend this guest house to anyone who is coming to Perth or the surrounding area. The service and hospitality is first class we couldn't have wanted for anything more over our 3 day stay. Wide range of choice with regards to the breakfasts and cooked to your liking. Annette is friendly, approachable and will go out of her way to hel... vad folk säger » p. The rooms are lovely decorated, fresh, clean and of a high standard. There is a seating area out the front of the garden which made our stay even - Very friendly and welcoming and everywhere was very clean. Bedroom was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was really good - try the fresh fruit salad! Private off road parking and a short ten minute walk into town made this an ideal location and I highly recommend it as a place to stay on a visit to Perth.
