  The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and clean. We were at the back of the house and it was very quiet.

  The genuine warmth and friendliness of Caroline the owner - she treats you like a member of family and genuinely cares about your stay. That's a rare quality in B&B land!   Staff were really nice, very friendly. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. Very good price for centre of perth. - The reception was very very good. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Look the steadings is just too good to describe.
