The genuine warmth and friendliness of Caroline the owner - she treats you like a member of family and genuinely cares about your stay. That's a rare quality in B&B land! Room was superb, twin was immaculate, big beds, lovely decor and very quiet due to triple glazing. And breakfast was very generous - didn't need to eat again until the evening. Recommend you try this B&B for your Perth acommodation, you'll not be disappointed.
