Almond Villa is a charming Victorian guest house located just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Perth. Free parking and full Scottish breakfasts are offered, along with flat-screen satellite TVs in all rooms. En suite bathrooms with toiletries are provided with all rooms at Almond Villa. Free Wi-Fi and free parking is available to guests, along with hairdryers and hospitality trays with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. A full Scottish breakfast is served each morning in the homely dining room. Guests can also enjoy home-made savoury scones or smoked haddock, as well as a choice of fresh fruit and yoghurt. The 11th-century Scone Abbey is just a 10-minute drive from Almond Villa, while Perth Rail Station is just 15 minutes’ walk. A 10-minute walk to the city centre or a lovely 15-minute stroll through the park and along the river leads to a range of excellent restaurants and pubs.

.Excellent place with very warm welcome. Nice and friendly staff who provided us with all the most important information about the city, eating places, sights... we were even given a map indicating all the places worth visiting and the description of some restaurants. The breakfast was excellent - wide choice, very good quality and really delicious - best of all the 8 places we stayed at during our stay in Scotland. Their motto says something like 'You arrive as a guest and you leave as a fr.
alla recensioner » A four night stay confirmed that this is a total gem and not to be overlooked. It is decorated tastefully throughout. The dining room was comfortable and breakfast offered a variety of tasty food to please (I had something different each day and my taste buds were well rewarded). I had the Small Room which lived up to its description but it offered facilities and comfort to a very satisfactory degree. The proprietor and staff were engaging and made my brief sojourn a pleasure. Everything was perfect. Perfect location to get to my Grans,perfect location to get to town centre,bus station,coach station, and train station. Beds comfier than my own. Food was wonderful. Everywhere was incredibly clean. Me,my brother and my son had a fantastic time.x. Beautifully clean, lovely friendly staff, nice extra touches, like toffees in the bedroom. We were very comfortable, and it was peaceful even though on the main road into Perth. Breakfast savoury scone was delicious! Would definitely stay again. :). nothing was too much trouble down to the fact that Shauna got her car out specially to show us the way to where we were going. My husband is not a well man and they went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for us. Brilliant!!!. very friendly host. A minefield of information. Offered the use of dining room if we wanted to bring in our own food in the evening - and a pack of cards too!! Lovely breakfast, great room. Great value for money. The Guest House is on a main road and I experienced no inconvenience of noise. nothing to dislike!. Room a little small and shower very small but all in all comfortable. Nothing not to like. I only stayed one night on a business trip - nothing to dislike. N/A. One very small downside was the view from the room, it wouldn't put me off staying there again. Nil to add. cannot say there was anything we did not like.
