  We were made to feel very welcomed and found the hotel to be comfortable and relaxing - we enjoyed our stay very much. The food was also excellent - we had dinner -and the breakfast was also very good - Everything. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was excellent. No request was too much for for them.

  I was very impressed by the freshness of the new decor and the new furniture in the bedrooms.   .Excellent place with very warm welcome. Nice and friendly staff who provided us with all the most important information about the city, eating places, sights... we were even given a map indicating all the places worth visiting and the description of some restaurants. Their motto says something like 'You arrive as a guest and you leave as a fr - A four night stay confirmed that this is a total gem and not to be overlooked. It is decorated tastefully throughout. The dining room was comfortable and breakfast offered a variety of tasty food to please (I had something different each day and my taste buds were well rewarded). I had the Small Room which lived up to its description but it offered facilities and comfort to a very satisfactory degree. The proprietor and staff were engaging and made my brief sojourn a pleasure.

  The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and clean. We were at the back of the house and it was very quiet.

  The house was ideal and well situated on one of the main routes into Perth. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also good.   We found all the staff very friendly. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortabe.We had a beautiful breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. - Nice clean hotel, wish we had stayed for food in the restaurant as the food looked excellent. Great fresh breakfast

  The friendly welcome upon arrival by the owner,the very modern decor of en-suite room and the very comfortable bed for a much needed good sleep.   Stayed for 1 night enroute to the GWCT Game Fair at Scone Palace. From the outside the B & B doesn't look very imposing but it is lovely once inside. Jackie could not have been more welcoming. Stayed in Room 4 which is one of 2 rooms at the top of the stairs. It has been recently redecorated, is very nice and has a great ensuite - particularly... vad folk säger » the shower ( I can be a bit grouchy about a poor shower! ). Plenty of tea/coffee provided. Breakfast was spot on. Plenty of nearby places to eat. We - Enjoyed our one night stay. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, catering to all dietary requirements. Jackie was very nice and really helpful.
