Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - so close for gatwick airport wihout getting wet

Buffet breakfast was lovely.
Room was very spacious and a nice view.
Very close to Thorpe park which was our reason for visiting.

Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet area to stay in. Very nice modern pool with hot tub and sauna & steam room and family changing rooms. Modern hotel throughout. There are shops and Farnborough centre nearby (walking distance away) which is handy. -

Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which
takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome
easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport
next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi
firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can
smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would
charge more but don't tell them that.

Realy everything ! from the moment we arrived we felt taken care of in avery special way. Warm smiles, took our car to park,took bags from boot.Shown to the most beautiful room. I would like to say how impressed I was with a certain member of staff called Luke Francois. He was charming, extremely helpful, walked out with us to our car to get our registration number. He also kindly extended our checking out time from 11am until 2pm which was very much appreciated. Also had room service and the waiter was again charming and

A new luxurious hotel in Guildford, providing 100% customer satisfaction at a very reasonable price and representing excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and welcome in the hotel as soon as I arrived. Friendly yet professional reception staff made me feel special when checking in, and within minutes of getting to my room I received a telephone call from reception asking if everything was satisfactory in my room. I intend to return to this hotel again soon, this time for a longer stay.

The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.
