  Realy everything ! from the moment we arrived we felt taken care of in avery special way. Warm smiles, took our car to park,took bags from boot.Shown to the most beautiful room. Spa is incredible I think it must bethe best ever ! So peaceful.. We felt renewed when we left, even afterjust 1 night and 1 day ! felt like we had been away for a week !   The house itself and the grounds are wonderful. I was there for one night without electricity and the 'staff' were incredibly obliging and great hosts. The room was excellent with an en suite bathroom of exquisite design and dramatic size. I liked everything.
