Realy everything ! from the moment we arrived we felt taken care of in avery special way. Warm smiles, took our car to park,took bags from boot.Shown to the most beautiful room. The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

Excellent facilities, modern, 3 years old opposite Mercedes World at Brooklands which provides entertainment if you get/book a room overlooking the driver training centre. also close to Brooklands Museum with one of the few Concordes on display. Bus transport available but you really need a hire car to take advantage of location

I would like to say how impressed I was with a certain member of staff called Luke Francois. He was charming, extremely helpful, walked out with us to our car to get our registration number. A new luxurious hotel in Guildford, providing 100% customer satisfaction at a very reasonable price and representing excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and welcome in the hotel as soon as I arrived. Friendly yet professional reception staff made me feel special when checking in, and within minutes of getting to my room I received a telephone call from reception asking if everything was satisfactory in my room. I intend to return to this hotel again soon, this time for a longer stay.
