  I would like to say how impressed I was with a certain member of staff called Luke Francois. He was charming, extremely helpful, walked out with us to our car to get our registration number. He also kindly extended our checking out time from 11am until 2pm which was very much appreciated. Would - A new luxurious hotel in Guildford, providing 100% customer satisfaction at a very reasonable price and representing excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and welcome in the hotel as soon as I arrived. Friendly yet professional reception staff made me feel special when checking in, and within minutes of getting to my room I received a telephone call from reception asking if everything was satisfactory in my room. I intend to return to this hotel again soon, this time for a longer stay.
