We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. There were 5 of us, all family, in 3 separate rooms and we were well taken care of from day one. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Hosts couldn't do enough to make our short stay as good as it could be. Hotel Valentine is such a nice & great place to stay in Black pool. Situated in prime location. Only 5 minutes walk from Black pool north Rail station. And all the key attractions of Black pool like Black pool Tower, Sea world, Winter Garden, Madame Tussads and the beach front are on walking distance.

This was a very friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Alan could not do enough for us and we will be returning next year.
I have been visiting Blackpool for about 10 years and this is the first hotel where I would say I would return. - The friendliness of alan (owner). The quality of the food was excellentnot the usual hotel fare.

They gave us information on nightlife and restaurants. - How friendly the owners were. they could not do enough for you. The room, food, and service excellent. After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs

I normally stay in hotels when working away but thought it'd be nice to have a 'home' feel for once. The room was very pretty, clean and tidy. modern but not agressively modern. good size too. Everything fantastic this hotel is such a credit to Elaine & myself & hubby & my 2 child 10-9 was made very welcome from the moment I rang the bell :) the breakfast is fantastic so much to pick and all fresh the room were spotless as was the hotel couldn't of asked for more they even went out there way to help my older daughter & boyfriend who was stoping in another hotel they r such a lovely couple and will be sure going back again next yr

Breakfast buffet was good although self-serve toast machine was a pain. Car parking was available and we were able to leave the car there after checkout. Attached Indian restaurant was excellent. Single rooms were reasonable size, clean and nicely decorated and bathroom was spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. - everything about our stay

We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.
